SPIRITUAL DIRECTION
One-hour individual appointments in person or by Zoom for those outside the Spokane area.

SOULFUL CIRCLES

A nine month spiritual formation exploration, including individual reading, facilitated small group conversation and guided spiritual practice. Groups gather monthly exploring what resonates (or doesn’t!) with our own lived experience of faith, as well as engaging in spiritual practice together. Participants also receive monthly breath prayers, reflection questions, passages of scripture and suggested embodied practices to enhance individual integration and formation. Soulful Circles are on hold for the ‘24-’25 academic year.

CONTEMPLATIVE PRAYER WORKSHOP
Six week course exploring various forms of contemplative prayer, with embodiment practices and right-brain integration. Contact Elizabeth to bring this course to your church or group.

DEEP CALLS TO DEEP: SPIRITUAL DIRECTION TRAINING & FORMATION

A two year certificate in the art and practice of spiritual direction, developed and co-directed by Elizabeth and colleague Andrea LeRoy, through Whitworth University’s Office of Church Engagement. This robust four semester training and formation cohort, structred around monthly in-person gatherings, invites participants to develop postures of contemplative listening and compassionate presence with emphases on interior growth, discernment, prayer and practice. Retreats customized for your group, utilizing various forms of contemplative prayer, journaling prompts for reflection, yoga, and more.  

CONTEMPLATIVE YOGA

Elizabeth’s classes include thematically curated readings, breath prayers, and reflection prompts to create a uniquely integrated experience of body, mind and spirit. Classes are offered at Colbert Presbyterian Church and online during the academic year, September-May.
